Lester married my sister Jean who was nearly 20 years older than me. So Lester was more like an uncle than a brother-in-law. Most of my life Lester lived in different states from me, so I knew him at a distance. However, I enjoyed long and lively conversations with him. He was a man of conviction and determination that were forged in the Great Depression and WW2. His children are like cousins that I love dearly. I am sorry you have lost your father. I hope to get back into more contact with his family. With Love and Hope, Paul
