Marianne (Vincent) Stone

Marianne Vincent Stone, 88, of Ft. Gaines, Ga. passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at her residence. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, November, 9, 2017 from 3:00 until 5:00 PM in the Ft. Gaines Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Stone was born on September, 24, 1929 in Cartersville, Ga. the daughter of the late David and Camille Campbell Vincent. She was retired as a public school media specialist, A member of the Ft. Gaines Presbyterian Church, attended GSCW at Milledgeville and a graduate of the University of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her son; David A. Stone and a grandson; William Vincent Stone.

Survivors include her husband; Dr. Albert H. Stone of Ft. Gaines, a daughter; Holley Shuford of Eufaula, a son; Jim Stone of Ft. Gaines, a daughter-in-law; Leslie Stone (wife of David Stone) of Hartwell,  4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
