Barbara Jean Ragan Hill, 83, of Alpharette, GA passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022, in the Harris Senior Living in Roswell, GA. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, in the Vilulah Baptist Church Cemetery near Coleman, GA with Dr. Ben McFather officiating.

Barbara was born on February 26, 1939, in Columbus, GA the daughter of the late Raleigh and Willie Andrews Ragan. She graduated from the Cuthbert High School and Georgia Southern University. She was a retired high school and college teacher. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Fred Hill, Jr. and a brother, Jimmie Ragan.

Survivors include her son, Jeff (Suzie) Hill of Alpharetta, 3 grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rebekah and Griffin Hill and a sister-in-law, Julia Ragan of Cuthbert.
