William Olin "Bill" Kenyon, Sr., 83, of Ft. Gaines, GA passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 23, 2025, in New Park Cemetery in Ft. Gaines with Rev. Randy Stokes officiating.
Bill was born on March 10, 1942, in Macon, GA the son of the late Leonard Rex Kenyon and the late Mattie Jewel Blasingame Kenyon. He was a graduate of the Colquitt County High School and received a Bachelor of Science in agriculture with a master's in education from the University of Florida. He was retired as the Director of the Clay County Office of the University of Georgia Extension Service, was a US Marines Veteran of the Vietnam War at the rank of Captain and a member of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Terina Ann Lewis Kenyon.
Survivors include 3 sons, William Olin Kenyon Jr. of Rosswell, GA, James Adams (JoAnn) Kenyon of Cleveland, OH and Ray Eugene (Melissa) Kenyon of Dothan, AL, 5 grandchildren, Avery Kenyon, Carter Kenyon, Samuel Kenyon, Madeleine Kenyon and Eli Kenyon, sister, Frances Heatherly of Huntsville, Al and 2 brothers, Clarence (Jan) Kenyon of Banner Elk NC and Leonard Kenyon of Alachua, FL.
