Alvin William (Bill) Morrison, 90, of Hahira, GA passed away on April 1, 2020 at his residence. Private graveside services will be conducted in the Cuthbert East View Cemetery with Rev. Paul Buckhiester officiating. A celebration of life service will be announced at a later time due to the current Virus concerns and the state mandates.

Mr. Morrison was born on January 22, 1930 in Ohatchee, AL the son of the late Alvin William Morrison, SR and the late Zula Gray Nance Morrison. He was an Army Veteran, a heavy equipment operator for the Corp of Engineers and a member of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Fred and 2 sisters, Alice and Marie.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Pearce Morrison of Hahira, 2 daughters, Cindy (Richard) Lee of Martinez, GA and Jana (John Bailey) Morrison of Hahira, a sister, Dean Bowers of Florien, LA, 4 grandchildren, Angela, Alyssa, Casey and Cody, 6 great grandchildren, Brooke, Britney, Emily, Joanna, Miley and Kyla and 2 great great grandchildren, Braxx and Brendon.

Memorials may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church in care of Regina Jackson 248 Mt. Zion Rd. Cuthbert, GA 39840.
