Billy Raymond Adkins, 69, of Cuthbert, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2023, in the Jo Anne Burgin Nursing Home. No services are planned at this time.

Billy was born on December 12, 1953, in Sharples, WV the son of the late Acie Adkins and the late June Trusley Adkins. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his brother, Larry Adkins of Morris, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.
