CAROL WILSON

Carol Joyce Milner Wilson, 85, of Benevolence, GA passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Sumter County Retirement Village in Plains, GA. Graveside memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 6, 2026, in Benevolence Cemetery with Rev. Nathan Ziglar officiating.

Carol was born on December 21, 1940, in Springvale, GA the daughter of the late William Herschel Milner and the late Ruby C. Miller Milner. She was a retired Registered Nurse from the Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, CA and was a member of the Christian Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Thomas Madin Wilson, daughter, Cynthia Jo Wilson Rogers, 3 sisters, Katherine M Ammons, Mildred M. Phillips and Bernice M. Milner and brother, Herschel Milner.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Helena Wilson of Benevolence, GA, son-in-law, Kevin Lee Rogers, brother, Talmadge (Gloria) Milner of Cuthbert, GA, sister-in-law, Varie Wilson, and special nieces and nephew, Nancy Carol Ammons (Mike) Wilson, Kathy Ammons Wiggins and Hugh Herschel (Gail) Milner.
