Cathy Oliver Milner, 64, of Cuthbert, GA passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, as the result of an automobile accident with her grandson, Nathaniel Reese Milner. Memorial services for Cathy and Nathan will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in the Mt Hebron Baptist Church Dining Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Cathy was born on September 4, 1960, in Blakely, GA the daughter of the late Jesse Lee Oliver and the late Vaudine Nobles Smith. She was the Deli and Bakery Manager at the Dawson Piggly Wiggly and was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include husband, Rocky Hank Milner, a daughter, Amanda (Nelson) Milner Quiles of Jacksonville, FL. a son, Markcus Hank Milner of Edison, Ga. and a daughter, Amber Hillary Milner of Edison, a sister, Cindy Oliver of Blakely, and 6 grandchildren, Hunter Milner, Kaden Quiles, Kaela Quiles, Savana Quiles, Dakota Quiles and Sophia Milner.
