Charles David Mills, Jr., 40, of Hoover, Alabama died on November, 16, 2013 at his residence in Hoover. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday November 19th at 2:00 PM in New Park Cemetery in Ft. Gaines with Rev. Eddie Adams officiating.

Mr. Mills was born on February 21, 1973 in Albany the son of Charles David Mills and Kathryn Dowdy Mills. He worked for Federal Express Freight Company, was a graduate of Riverview Academy in Albany and attended Victory Tabernacle Assembly of God Church in Albany. Mr. Mills was an avid Penn. State Football Fan, historian and genealogist.

Survivors include his parents, Charles and Kathryn Mills of Leesburg, his wife, Amy C. Mills of Northport, AL., a son, Casey Charles Mills of Northport, a daughter, Sara Beth Mills of Northport and two brothers, Scott Franklin Mills of Leslie and Chadwick Theron Mills of Leesburg.
