Charles David Mills, Sr. 63, of Leesburg died Wednesday May 10, 2017 at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at 4:00PM Sunday May 14, 2017 at New Park Cemetery Ft. Gaines, Ga. with the Rev. Eddie Adams  officiating.

Mr. Mills was born Feb. 15, 1954 in Houston, TX the son of the late John W. and Rosselle Crozier Mills. He was a self- employed business man. He was a member of the Victory Tabernacle Assembly of God in Albany.

Survivors include his wife; Kathryn Mills of Leesburg, 2 sons; Chadwick Mills (Megan) and Scott Franklin Mills both of Leesburg, 2 brothers; Stephen Thomas Mills (Elaine) of Pensacola, FL and James Michael Mills (Mary Alice) of Macon, a sister; Mary Ann Pilkenton (John) of Macon, 7 grandchildren; Hannah Mills, Sarabeth Mills, Hunter Mills, Casey Mills, Heath Mills, Lleyton Mills and Sadie Mills.

Mr. Mills was preceded in death by his son Charles David (Chuck) Mills, Jr.

Visitation will be Sunday 3-4 PM before service.
