CHARLES WILLIAM "BILLY" LAIL, JR.

Charles William "Billy" Lail, Jr., 66, of Dawson passed away on Thursday, January 01, 2015 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 3, 2015 in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson with Rev. Emil Askew officiating.

Mr. Lail was born November 17, 1948 in Butler, Ga. the son of the late Charles William Lail and Doris Kirksey Lail. He was a retired equipment repairman from Lawn Performance and was a member of the Chickasawhatchee Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, a sister, Betty Teems and a brother Ward Lail.

Survivors include his wife, Gayle Marshall Lail of Dawson, his mother, Doris K. Lail of Herod, 3 daughters, Tonya Judy, Julie Lail and Denise Baggett all of Leesburg, a brother, Calvin Lail of Albany, 3 sisters Donna Bailey of Bronwood, Paula Lail of Albany and Janice Landon of Yatesville, 9 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
