Curtis Lee Turner, 83, of Lumpkin, GA passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 24, 2022, in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery near Shellman, GA.

Mr. Turner was born on August 15, 1938, in Edison, GA the son of the late Murphey Frank and Mary Eubanks Turner. He was a US Army Veteran and retired civil service employee from the Marine Corp Logistics Base in Albany.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Kathy T. Prost of Dacula, GA and Judy T. Bowen of Albany, GA, 2 sons, Russell (Michelle) Turner of Lumpkin, GA and Johnny Franklin Turner of Albany, GA, 2 sisters, Carollyn Lynch and Marylou Renew both of Lumpkin, GA, 2 brothers, Buddy Turner of Albany, GA and John Turner of Dothan, AL, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stewart Webster Cancer Fund at 6381 Hamilton St. Preston, GA 31824.
