Danny Thomas Coody, 68, of Cuthbert, GA died on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at his residence. Memorials services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2021 in the Cuthbert United Methodist Church.

Danny was born on January 24, 1953 in Quitman, GA the son of the late Willie Joe and Jorene Brown Coody. He graduated from Appling County High School and Andrew College. He was a retire Pest exterminator with Cloud Extermination and a member of the Cuthbert United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Darden Coody of Cuthbert, a stepson, Joshua (Fielding) Yelverton of Gastonia, NC, 3 sisters, Paula (Bobby) Gillis of Americus, Rita Counts of Olin, NC and Judy (Donnie) Allen of Savannah, a brother, Ricky (Kim) Coody of Olin, NC, 2 grandsons, Benjamin Yelverton and Pearce Yelverton and a number of nieces and nephews.
