David Odell Bryant, 72, of Ft. Gaines passed away on Monday, December 05, 2016 in Columbus, GA. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM EST on Saturday, December 10, 2016 in the Women's Club House in Ft. Gaines with Rev. Randy Stokes and Rev. David Murphy officiating.

David was born on November 13, 1944 in Bainbridge, the son of the late Robert Odell and Annie Rubye Gissendaner Bryant. He was a retired farmer, a veteran of the Georgia National Guard and a member of the Ft. Gaines Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 children; David Odell Bryant, Jr. and Robin Mason Bryant and 2 sisters; Gipsy Hatfield and Maxine Ellis.

Survivors include his wife; Brenda Kay Mason Bryant of Ft. Gaines, 2 daughters; Anna Bryant and Melissa (Ray) Kenyon both of Dothan, AL, a sister; Rheta (Dino) Blalock of Abbeville, AL and 4 grandchildren; Kassie Bryant, Avery Kenyon, Carter Kenyon and Emma Grace.
