Delvin Lagwaine Hatcher

Delvin Lagwaine Hatcher, 84, of Coleman, Ga. passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Joe Anne Burgin Nursing Home in Cuthbert. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Vilulah Baptist Church with the Rev. David Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in the Vilulah Church Cemetery.

Mr. Hatcher was born June 13, 1935 in Albany, GA. the son of the late John Robinson and Estha Glausier Hatcher. He was a graduate of Albany High School, a member of the Vilulah Baptist Church near Coleman, GA. and was a self-employed cabinet maker.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Patricia Thompson Hatcher.

Survivors include  2 sons, Delvin Shane (Missy) Hatcher of Coleman and Greg Musgrove of Coleman; 2 daughters, Mytra Hatcher (David) McLeod of Baconton, GA, Mai (Steve) Bell of Albany GA., Grandchildren, Sara Herring, Katie H. Schmeltzer, Nicole Musgrove, Logan Frost, Tanner Musgrove, Mason Musgrove,Parker Musgrove, Heather Adams, David McLeod, Stephanie Mulford, Waylan Hatcher, Kimberly Carter and Andrew Hatcher and 15 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until funeral time at the church.
