Marvin LaDon "Don" Stuart, 68, of Cuthbert, GA died on Saturday, January 2, 2021 in the Dawson Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in the Roberts Cemetery in Miller County.

Don was born on June 10, 1952 in Colquitt, GA the son of the late Ralph and Juanita Livingston Stuart. He was a corrections officer at Lee County Corrections. After graduating high school, he attended Georgia Southwestern University and was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include 2 sons, Michael (Michelle) Stuart of San Diego, CA and Shannon Stuart of Warwick, a sister, Teresa S. (Ralph) Bryant of Cuthbert, a brother, Ralph Alan (Heather) Stuart of Buena Vista and a granddaughter, Savannah Stuart.
