Donald Russell Rowland, 72 of Cuthbert, GA passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, in Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in the Cuthbert Eastview Cemetery.

Donald was born on January 28, 1953, in East Point, GA the son of the late Lovie Russell Rowland and the late Carolyn Elizabeth Hilton Rowland. He was a 1971 graduate of Headland High School in East Point, GA, retired self-employed Heating and Air Condition repairman and was a member of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Linda Rowland.

Survivors include his nephew, Benjamin Todd Rowland of Cuthbert, a life-long friend, Roy Milligan of Buford, GA and several cousins.
