Ellen Jones Hudson, 91, of Cuthbert died July 18, 2013 at Joe-Anne Burgin Nursing Home in Cuthbert. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 11:00 AM in East View Cemetery in Cuthbert with Rev. Jackie Williams officiating

Mrs. Hudson was born October 3, 1921 in Clay County, Georgia the daughter of the late Johnnie Clarence Jones and Hennie Mae White Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hudson and two sons, Kenneth Hudson and Gregory Hudson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cuthbert, a charter member of the Randolph Little Theater and attended Andrew College.

Survivors include a daughter; Gwen H. Dawkins of Cuthbert, a sister; Vivian Roland of Elkton, TN, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday at Lunsford Funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
