Erma Floy Spence Curry, 87, of Acworth passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in the Marietta Living Center. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Sharon United Methodist Church Cemetery in Randolph County with Rev. Tony Bankhead officiating.

Mrs. Curry was born on June 11, 1929 the daughter of the late Jim Davis "JD" Spence and Ruby Hester Spence. She was a scales operator for Dixon lumber Co. and a member of the Sharon United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Earl "Blondie" Curry and a brother; Bill Spence.

Survivors include a son; Dale Curry of Acworth, GA, a granddaughter; Alyssa Curry, Columbus and 2 grandsons; David Jones and Eric Jones both of California.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
