Frank Arthur Heard, Jr., 83, of Cuthbert, GA passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016 in the Joe-Anne Burgin Nursing Home. There will be no public services held.

Mr. Heard was born on June 27, 1932 in Columbus the son of the late Frank Arthur Heard, Sr, and Anne Stevens Heard. He was an Army Veteran, a former banker and a member of the Methodist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter; Martha Karen Heard.

Survivors include a daughter; Ann Heard (Dieter) Stanford and three grandchildren; Stuart Stanford, Elizabeth (Lizzy) Stanford and Amelia Stanford, cousins; Elizabeth Heard, Joe Heard and his wife Sara.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
