Gordon Robertson Gary, 91, of Morris passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020 in the Joe-Anne Burgin Nursing Home. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 11, 2020 in the Morris Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hartley officiating. Friends are welcome, however social distancing is required.

Mr. Gary was born on November 27, 1928 in Morris, GA the son of the late Abner Ray and Corabelle Robertson Gary. He was a high school graduate, a member of the Morris Baptist and retired after many years in the Logging industry. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Mary Eddie Avra Gary.

Survivors include his 3 daughters, Margie Ross (Rossie) of Richland, GA, Mickie Ward (Hamp) of Edison, GA., and Melinda Bishop (Walter) of Springvale, GA, sister, Floy Ann Gary Raughton of Nashville, TN, brother, Dan Gary of Geneva, AL, 9 grandchildren, Mandy Amanda "Mandy" Bennett, William Wayne Rice, Jr., Alva Gary Rice, Avra Elise Ward Gilleland, Katherine Virginia Ward Sikes, Lucinda Sanders Ward Hattaway, R. T. Lumpkin, Casey Bishop and Ande Ross and 14 great grandchildren, Robert Trypp Lumpkin, Kylee Terese Lumpkin, Foster David Bishop, Taylor Shira Hamm, Hayden Robertson Hattaway, John Hampton Gilleland, Hayes Wallace Gilleland, Harper Caroline Sikes, Jackson Sikes, Jordan Amanda Bennett, Jazmine Letrice Rice, Christopher Leland Rice, Ava Leigh Rice and Mary Madison Rice.
