Helen Sauls Pipkin, 90 of Shellman died Tuesday Dec. 24, 2013 at her residence. Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday Dec. 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM  in East View Cemetery in Shellman with the Rev. Bruce Pittman and Rev. Olin Johnson  officiating.

Mrs. Pipkin was born April 29, 1923 in Shellman, Ga. the daughter of the late D.W and Ethel Johns Sauls, Sr. She was an active member of the Shellman First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters Lucy (Bill) Parsons of Shellman, Connie  (Dave) Dozier of Edison and a son John Pipkin of Shellman; Grandchildren Dawn Crow (Will) of Auburn AL, Stephen Davis Dozier of Leary.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jeff Davis Pipkin, Jr. , a daughter Helen Elizabeth Pipkin and a brother Doc Weathers Sauls, Jr.
