Irma Scarborough Patrick, 98, of Cuthbert, Ga. passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014 in the Joe-Anne Burgin Nursing Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Cuthbert United Methodist Church with interment to follow in New Park Cemetery in Ft. Gaines with Dr. Peter Vermeulen officiating.

Mrs. Patrick was born January 29, 1916 in Centerville Community in Early County the daughter of the late Astor and Alma Strickland Scarborough Clark. She was a Home Maker, a member of the Eastern Star and a member of the Cuthbert United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gibson Patrick.

Survovrs include 2 daughters, Ann Wood and Linda Jane Meadows both of Cuthbert, 5 grandchildren, Ray (Susan) Wood, Vickie (Harold) Andrews, Derek Wood, Patrick Meadows and Christopher (Zaphea) Meadows, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM in the church before funeral service.
