JAMES F. HAMMOCK

MORGAN, GA.

James F. Hammock, 79, of Morgan, Ga. passed away on Saturday, February, 18, 2017 in Calhoun Nursing Home in Edison. Graveside funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery near Edison with Rev. Jackie Williams officiating.

Mr. Hammock was born on September 19, 1937 in Carnegie the son of the late Jesse and Odell Harrison Hammock. He was a retired self-employed auto mechanic.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Joyce Anderson Hammock.

Survivors include his son Roger Hammock of Morgan; a brother Charlie Hammock of Eufaula, AL; a sister Betty Brackin of Arlington and 2 grandchildren, Kyle Hammock and Kaylee Hammock.

The family will receive friends at the residence at 10712 Dickey Street Morgan, Ga.
