JANE GOOLSBY MILLER

Jane Goolsby Miller, 101, of Morris, GA passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Canterbury Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Phenix City, Al. The family will hold a private ceremony for her on family grounds.

Jane was born on March 18, 1925, in Atlanta, GA the daughter of the late St. Clair Goolsby and the late Iva Phillips Goolsby. She was a graduate of Cuthbert High School, received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Mercer University, and was a devoted Homemaker, Mother, Wife and Friend. She was preceded in death by her Husband, William O. Miller, Sr. USN (Ret), son, Lee St. Clair Miller and a brother, Dr. Don Goolsby M. D.

Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Jane Miller of Brunswick, son, William Owen Miller, Jr. of Morris and 4 grandchildren, Jenny Rebecca Turner, Aleta Breen, Michael Lee Andres Miller and William Owen “Trapp” Miller.
