Jimmy Milner, 65, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the home of his daughter in Sylvester.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00PM on Monday, October 30, 2016 in the Lunsford Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David McFather officiating and interment to follow in East View Cemetery.

Jimmy was born on March 24, 1951 in Cuthbert the son of the late Tillman J. Milner and the late Emma Edith Jernigan Milner. He was a truck driver for Longleaf Timber and a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his daughter; Melissa (Michael) Kaye Evans of Sylvester, his former wife;  Elaine Slee of Sylvester, 5 sisters; Helen Crotts of Orange Park, FL, Emma Jeffery Kilpatrick of Dawson, Sue (Willis) Simmons of Eufaula, AL, Merle (Johnny) Webb of Adrian and Jan (Robert) Moore of Cuthbert, a brother: Richard Milner of LaGrange, 5 grandchildren; Jessica Evans, Christina Richardson, Gavin Ammons, Anthony Evans and Merrissa Evans and 7 great grandchildren; Camron Evans, Tyler Evans, Ashton English, Landon Evans, Trinity Richardson, Zoey Croker and Weston Ammons.

Serving as pallbearer are Tal Milner, Tim Milner, Donnie Jones, Bill Griffin, George Barfield and Willis Simmons.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
