Julian Hampton McAllister, 84 of Cuthbert, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 01, 2020 in the Joe Anne Burgin Nursing Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Lunsford Funeral Home with Leamon Foxworth and Rev. Ernest Yoder officiating. Interment will follow in the Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. McAllister was born on August 22, 1935 in Cuthbert the son of the late Henry Lynwood and Yulett Marshall McAllister. He was an Air Force Veteran, member of the Presbyterian Faith and retired from the maintenance department at Day Plywood.

Survivors include his wife, Fay McAllister of Cuthbert, 4 daughters, Catherine Whyte of Cuthbert, Becky (Leamon) Foxworth of Cuthbert, Theresa McAllister and Dawn McAllister, 2 sons, Tony (Alexis) Whyte of Victoria British Columbia and William Heverin of Cuthbert, 3 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
