Julie Sharri Alexander

Julie Sharri Tidwell Alexander, 60, of Coleman, GA passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026, in Southeastern Medical Center in Dothan after an extended illness. Memorial services will be conducted at a later time.

Julie was born on December 21, 1965, in Bartow, FL the daughter of the late Charles Tidwell and Shirley Hutchinson Tidwell. She retired from the Polk County Florida Sheriff Department as a dispatcher and was a member of Coleman Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father and a son, Kaleb Yates.

Survivors include her husband, Earl Douglas Alexander of Coleman, mother, Shirley Hutchinson Tidwell of Highland City, FL, 2 daughters, Crystal Gatlin and Amanda Martin, 2 sons, Billy Yates, Jr. and Russell Doll, a sister, Debbie Riddle, 2 brothers, Chuck Tidwell and Tim Griffin and 11 grandchildren.
