Julie Inez Cannon Morrison, 71 of County Line Community Lumpkin, GA passed away early Friday, September 19, 2025, in the Willson Hospice House in Albany, GA. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the Lumpkin First Baptist Church with Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the County Line Cemetery.

Julie was born on December 13, 1953, in Albany, GA the daughter of the late Robert Lee Cannon, Sr. and the late Mary Walker Peach Cannon. She was a graduate of Westover High School in Albany, and a 2-year graduate of Georgia Southwestern University. She was retired after 38 years in the human resources department from Procter and Gamble in Albany and attended Lumpkin First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert Lee Cannon, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Winston Morrison of Lumpkin, sister, Mary Ann Cullom of Memphis, TN, sister-in-law, Lynette Cannon of Duluth, GA, nieces, Donna Krueger, Debbie Dozier, Denise Hooten and Heather Fox and a nephew, Lance Cullom.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the County Line Baptist Church at 4259 County Line Rd. Lumpkin, GA 31815.
