Juliette Sammons, 51, of Columbus, GA passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 in the Columbus Hospice. Graveside Memorial Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 26, 2019 in the Shellman Eastview Cemetery with Rev. Olin Johnson officiating.

Juliette was born on January 19, 1968 in Cuthbert the daughter of John W. (Sonny) Sammons, Jr. and the late Chrissilda Corley Sammons. She received a Bachelor Degree from Georgia Southwestern University, was a former Randolph Southern High School Teacher and a member of Shellman First Baptist Church.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Mallory Christine Bates of Tuscaloosa, AL and Laura Joy (Logan) Commander of Columbus, GA, a son, John Michael (Nikki) Bates of Lynn Haven, FL, her father, John W. (Sonny) Sammons of Albany, a sister, Suzanne Sammons (Al) Sudderth of Dawson, a brother, John W. (Amy) Sammons, III of Weston and a granddaughter, August Bates.

The family will receive friends following the service at the Lizard Lope Lodge at 37179 GA Highway 45 Dawson, GA 39842. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Columbus Hospice at 7020 Moon Road Columbus, GA 31905.
