Karen Faye Taylor 67, of Cuthbert passed away Monday Aug. 12, 2019 at the Joe Anne Burgin Nursing home. The family will honor her memory and receive friends on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Taylor was born December 19, 1951 in Cuthbert, GA. the daughter of the late John Arthur & Mary Ellen Martin Taylor. She was a Graduate of Randolph County High school and attended 2 years of college working toward a Criminal Justice Degree. She was a retired Corrections Officer for the Dept. of Corrections in North Carolina. Mrs. Taylor was of the Methodist Faith.

Survivors include a daughter, Taylor Grey Bender and her husband, Joey of Apex, NC, a brother, James "Crane" Taylor of Carnegie, a sister, Gwen Reeder and her husband, Walter of Carnegie, and a grandchild, Will Bender.
