We are saddened to announce that Katherine (Lee) Shell passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on November 20, 2023, at the age of 92. She was a lifelong resident of Brooksville Florida.

She was preceded in death by her mother Lola Whitney Williams, her father George Byron Williams, her late husband, Thoedore Jack Coogler and husband of 61 years Raymond Isadore Shell, Sr., as well as her four sisters, Louise Williams Moody, Dorothy Williams Parker, Audrey Williams Reed and Marge Williams Tyler.

She is survived by her four children, John Roy Coogler, Jane Coogler Johnson (Randy), Debra Shell Rodgers (Angelo), Raymond Shell Jr, (Jewell). Her seven grandchildren, Jennifer Garcia, Joseph Conrad, Whitney Ransdell, Jeramy Casey, Allison Coogler, Sabreena Stephens, Stephany Benefield and 14 great grandchildren.
