Kelly Jean Ragan, 42, of Carnegie, GA passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in the Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 24, 2022, in the chapel of Lunsford Funeral Home with Rev. Shannon Morris officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until funeral time at the funeral home.

Kelly was born on June 28, 1980, in Albany, GA the daughter of the late James Carlos "Sambo" Ragan and Sherry Kaye Sawyer Ragan. She graduated from Bleckley County High School in Cochran, GA and was a member of the Carnegie Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, James Robert "Robbie" Ragan.

Survivors include her mother, Sherry Kaye Sawyer Ragan of Carnegie, a sister, Sonya (John) Jones of Hawkinsville, sister-in-law, Glenda Lane Ragan of Sylvester, a niece, Aubree Jones, 2 nephews, Cody Ragan and Will Jones, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
