Louise Maples Turner, 94, of Shellman, Ga. died on Wednesday March 26, 2014 at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Friday March 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM in Cordrey Cemetery near Morgan with Rev. Jackie Williams officiating.

Mrs. Turner was born May 4, 1919 in Mitchell County, Ga. the daughter of the late James Nathan and Leola Foy Parker Maples. She was a Home Maker and a member of Vilulah Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Larken (JL) Turner.

Survivors include 4 daughters, Nell T. Folds of Cuthbert, Jimmie Lou Milner of Shellman, Faye T. Weaver of Blakely and Laura K. House of Ramer, AL. 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.

The family will recieve friends on Thursday night from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Lunsford Funeral Home.
