Melba Virginia Brady

Melba Virginia Brady, 83, of Cuthbert died Saturday Nov. 7, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday Nov. 10, 2015 at the Mt Hebron Baptist Church near Cuthbert with the Rev. David Murphy officiating, with Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Brady was born Sept. 10, 1932 in Cuthbert the daughter of the late Rufus E. and Hattie Foster Lumpkin. She was a Randolph County high school graduate.  She was a retired supervisor for the Kellwood Co. and  was a member of the Mt Hebron Baptist Church for 71 years.

Survivors include 3 sons Wayne (Barbara) White of Newnan, Ga, Tim White and Mark White both of Cuthbert; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.

Visitation will be 6-8PM Monday Nov. 9, 2015 at Lunsford Funeral Home
