Melvin Wyatt Jenkins, 66, of Shellman passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020 in Oglethorpe, GA. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3:00PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in the Enterprise Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery Highway 39N Blakely, Ga with Rev. Johnny White officiating.

Melvin was born on August 15, 1954 in Blakely the son of the late Melvin Lugene and Virgie Johnson Jenkins. He was a self-employed Handyman and a member of the Methodist faith. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Betty Joyce Jenkins.

Survivors include a daughter, Vivian McCalla, 3 Aunts on his Mother's side, Juanita Davis of Auburndale, FL, Dale Coley of Shellman and Marie Bates of Blakely, an Uncle on his Mother's side Wiley (Marietta) Johnson of Lakeland, FL, a Aunt of his Father's side, Florence Jordan and an Uncle on his Father's side, Carl Taylor.
