Michael Robert Wallace was born on October 22, 1958, in Los Angeles, CA, to Valma Effie Jones Wallace and Harry Robert Wallace. He graduated from Newbury Park High School, CA, in 1976. Mike graduated from Moorpark College, CA, with an Associate's Degree in Lighting, Sound, and Theater. He was a member of the Air National Guard from 1993 to 1997. Mike retired as an IT Specialist from Fort Irwin, CA. In January of 2024, he moved to Georgia, to be near his sister Pam. Mike lost his fight to cancer at the Willson Hospice House in Albany, GA, on July 3, 2025. Having a deep faith in Christ, Mike was always ready with a joke or two. He attended First Baptist Church Cuthbert and Plains Baptist Church.

Mike is survived by his sister Pamela Haseltine Seward (Randy), three nephews—Josh, Ben, Phil—and one niece Paula.

The family will conduct memorial services at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in the Morris Baptist Church with Rev. Buck Kinney and Rev. Nathan Ziglar officiating.
