Nan Herndon Palmer, 71, of Eufaula, AL passed away peacefully on Monday, December 14, 2020 at her residence. The family will conduct private memorial services at a later time.

Nan was born on October 16, 1949 in Cuthbert the daughter of the late Slaton and Gertrude Roland Herndon. Nan received her Associate Degree in business from Sparks Technical College. She was a Homemaker and an accountant with Crittenden Co. Accountants and James Palmer Timber Co. She was a member of the Eufaula First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, James "Bubba" Palmer of Eufaula, AL, 2 daughters, Pam (Ren) Cofield of Pike Road, AL and Penny (Brian) Jernigan of Eufaula, AL and 2 grandchildren Palmer Cofield and Vivian Nan Cofield.
