Patsy Boyce Blackburn Milner, 89, of Morgan, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, in the Fort Gaines Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 6, 2024, in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Arlington.

Mrs. Milner was born on March 4, 1935, in Edison, GA the daughter of the late Clarence Blackburn and the late Nellie Marie Humphrey Blackburn. She was a graduate from Arlington High School, Manager of the Facility Store for the Georgia Department of Corrections, and a member of the Arlington Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Malcolm Dobb Milner, 2 daughters, Dola Milner and Toni M. Mackey, stepdaughter, Patricia M. Brookins, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Survivors include her 2 daughters, Twilla M. (Fred) Georgiades of Morgan and Starlett M. Jennings of Morgan, son, Sonny Howard (Jan) Milner of Morgan, 4 grandchildren, Jonathan Malcolm Milner, Jonathan Caleb Bruner, Dusti Starlyn (Nate) Trawick, and Tyler Dobb Morgan, and a great granddaughter, Gracie Glenn Bruner.

The family will receive friends at Starlett's residence at 1394 Sweetfield Road Morgan, GA and on Monday from 1:00 PM until funeral time in the cemetery.
