Peg Carter, 84, of Richland passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at her residence.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Harmony Cemetery with Rev. Larry Deloach officiating.

Peg was born on September 28, 1933 in Weston the daughter of the late William Gus and Claudia Irene Morgan Harvey. She was a Home Maker and was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ernest L. "Bob" Carter.

Survivors include a son, Jack Carter of Richland, a brother, Wayne (Ann) Harvey of Parrott, a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
