Phillip Leon Moore, 72, of Eufaula, AL died on Monday, February 22, 2021 in Phoebe Putney North in Albany. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2021 in the Shiloh Baptist Church in Clay County with Rev. Randy Stokes officiating.

Mr. Moore was born on July 18, 1948 in Marietta, GA the son of the late Jonathan Leon and Mary Louise Palmer Moore. He graduated from Ft. Gaines High School, a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church, a former Deputy Sheriff for Barbour County Alabama and a former Fire Fighter. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Nancy Jeanelle Spradley Moore.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Terry Eubanks (life partner, Brian Dean) of Tallahassee, FL and Tracey (Michael) Bostick-Phillips of Alexander City, AL, a son, David Leon Moore of Eufaula, AL, 2 grandchildren, Rayne Bostick and Jane Phillips, 2 stepchildren, Karen Marshall and Danny Glass & family and a former son-in-law, Roy Eubanks of Dawson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1PM till funeral time at the graveside, Friends are welcome however masks are encouraged and social distancing will be required.
