William Ralph Crozier, 90, of Ft. Gaines died October 24, 2012 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Shiloh Baptist Church in Clay County with Revs. Phil Thomas and Randy Stokes officiating. Interment will follow in the Chuch Cemetery.
Mr. Crozier was born July 25, 1922 in Dothan AL, son of the late William Thomas and Lola Bea Ennis Crozier. He was a World War II Veteran having served in the Navy in the South Pacific. Mr Crozier returned home and followed his Dad's footsteps as a farmer and cattleman. After retirement he worked as a substitute mail carrier. he was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was supporter of his wife in her music. he had served an many boards in Clay County.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen Evans Crozier and son Ricky Crozier of Ft. Gaines, 2 sisters, Catherine C. Stewart of Roopville, Ga. and Berverly Gibson (Bob) of Juliette,Ga. 2 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity or Shiloh Baptist Church, 1974 Cotton Hill Rd, Ft. Gaines Ga. 39851. The family will recieve friends in the Fellowship hall at the Church from 10:00 to 11:00 Am Saturday.
