Reginald Henson, 76, of Fort Gaines, Ga. passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Shiloh Baptist Church near Fort Gaines with Dr. Phil Thomas officiating.

Reginald was born in Fort Gaines on September 16, 1938 the son of the late Amey Henson and Erie Moore Henson. He was a retired logger and a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Cherry Thompson Henson of Fort Gaines, 2 daughters, Wendy Horne of Savannah, GA. and Christen Sellers and her husband Stan of Eufaula, AL., 3 sons, Steve Henson and his wife Traci of Madison, GA., Scott Henson and his wife Becky of Destin, FL. and Yancey McCalla his wife Trish of Tampa, FL., 2 sisters, Sandra Dugan and her husband Mike of Fort Gaines, and Laura McAbee and her husband Mike of Sandersville, GA., 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the residence at 2000 Cotton Hill Rd, Fort Gaines starting Sunday at 3:00 PM.
