Richard Wiley "Ricky" Bullard, 63, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Patterson Hospital in Cuthbert. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM  on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in the Faith Baptist Church with interment to follow in East View Cemetery. Dr. Ben McFather and Rev. Jeff Giddens will officiate.

Ricky was born in Camilla, GA on December 17, 1951 the son of the late James Wiley Bullard and the late Edna Ruth Britt Bullard Cowart. He was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Cuthbert. He was preceded in death by his parents, a step-father, Hubert Cowart, a sister, Donna Taylor and a brother, Andy Bullard.

Survivors include 2 sisters, Sharon (Pete) Culbreth and Bridget Rounds both of Galivants Ferry, SC, a step-sister, Jessica Mercer of Eufaula, AL, 2 step-brothers, Danny (Donna) Cowart of Cuthbert and Lamar Cowart of Shellman and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Lunsford Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
