Robert Sterling Rogers

Robert Sterling Rogers, 90, of Coleman died Sunday Mar. 13, 2016 at Joe Anne Burgin Nursing Home. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00AM Tuesday Mar. 15, 2016 at the Coleman Cemetery with the Rev. Peter Vermeulen officiating.

Mr. Rogers was born Nov. 17, 1925 in Coleman, Ga., the son of the late Olan Credille and Roxie Jones Rogers. He was a retired Machine Operator for Columbia Peanut Co. and was a member of Coleman United Methodist. He was an Army Veteran serving in World War II.

Survivors include nieces Judy Rogers and Sue McBride; nephews William Rogers, Ronald Rogers, Jimmy Trotman and Oland Lee,  as well as several Great nieces and nephews.
