Russell Edward Stille, 82, of Shellman, Ga. passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 2:00 PM in East View Cemetery in Shellman with Rev. Olin Johnson officiating.

Mr. Stille was born on August 21, 1932 in Alta, Iowa the son of the late William Stille and Lillie Offerlee Stille. He was a U. S. Army Veteran, member of the Methodist faith and retired from Peerless Manufacturing as a yard supervisor.

Survivors include 3 sons, Dana (Tammy) Stille of Vidalia, Ga., Jeffery (Melinda) Stille of Leesburg and Danny Stille of Shellman, 2 daughters, Paula (Jack) Sauls of Shellman and Lisa (Hugh) Winkle of Milton, Fl., 2 brothers, Howard (Mary) Stille and Marvin (Mollie) Stille both of Storm Lake, Ia., 2 sisters, Dorothy (Melvin) Ploeger of Ida Grove, Ia. and Jeanette (Don) Carter of Omaha, Ne., 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
