Sandra Jean Flora, 80, of Cuthbert, GA passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024, in the Joe Anne Burgin Nursing Home. A private burial service will be held in the Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, KY where her parents are interred.

Sandra was born on December 11, 1944, in Louisville, Ky., the daughter of the late Harold N. Flora and the late Vinnie Inez Lindsey Flora.

Survivors include her guardians Jack and Wanda Torbert of Cuthbert, a devoted caregiver, Lois Robinson and several cousins.
