Obituary
Steven Lyle Hracek, 58, of Cuthbert died Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. The family will have a visitation on Saturday, December 8th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Lunsford Funeral Home. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Hracek was born November 24, 1954 in Sandersville, Ga.. the son of Peggy Ethridge of Cuthbert and the late Emil Fabian (Zeke) Hracek. He had a business degree from James Madison University in Virginia. He was a former State Trooper in Virginia and was a retired U. S. Secret Service Agent. He had lived in Cuthbert for 22 years.
Survivors including his Mother are a son; Steven L. Hracek II, a daughter; Kelly Dawn Hracek, a brother Kenneth Franklin Ethridge and a sister; Peggy Hracek Wampler.
