Tim Dickerson went to be with Jesus on March 18, 2015 at the Willson Hospice House in Albany, GA. He was born January 29, 1940 in Rabun County, GA. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Shiloh Baptist Church, Ft. Gaines, GA. The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 PM. The memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM. Pastor Phil Thomas will officiate.

Tim spent his 40 year engineering career with Pratt and Whilney working proudly to develop and test fighter engines so that our Air Force could be the best. He retired in 2001, moving with his wife, Pat, to Cuthbert, GA. Tim always felt blessed to be welcomed by such generous and loving people in Randolph and Clay Counties. He was an outdoorsman, who appreciated nature and all God's wonderful creations.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Wesley Dickerson (Kimberly) of Ashland, VA and Larry Dickerson (Marsha) of Monroe, GA; two stepsons, John Wilkinson of Lake Worth, FL and Patrick Wilkinson (Lucie) of West Palm Beach, FL. He enjoyed spending time with grandchildren, Ryan, Dayne, Dallas, Case, Eleanor Bryanna. He is also survived by five brothers; Kenneth (Nita), Donald, Wayne, Marcel and Kyle (Harlene) three sisters; Jewell Arrowood, Ruth Williams and Irma Loupe and many nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Edward and Alma Minerva (Ramey) Dickerson; and two brothers, Martin Lynn Dickerson and Grant Dickerson
