Valentina Fades, 65, of Santa Rosa Beach, FL passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, in the Fellowship Home at Cottonhill in Cuthbert, GA. No formal services are planned at this time.

She was born on October 16, 1957, in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Nicholas and Olga Dudko. She was a High School graduate, a retired insurance agent for Humana Insurance Co. and a member of the Christian Faith.

Survivors include her son, Nicholas (Courtney) Fader of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, a sister, Nina Berkley of Chicago, IL, a brother, George Dudko of Chicago, IL and 3 grandchildren.
